The hotel is the best location to see everything in Florence! The roof top bar/restaurant has amazing views of the entire city!

This was a beautiful property! We loved the location, cleanliness, amenities, and staff was very friendly and accommodating! Would recommend to anyone staying in Florence. Rooms are nice, gym is awesome, and rooftop bar/restaurant was a fabulous perk!

Exceptional cleanliness. Beautiful rooms. Kind, friendly service. The hotel is right in the middle of everything you want to see in Florence. Our family of 4 was able to easily walk to the train station, and all of the major attractions. The hotel is surrounded by amazing restaurants.

Nice hotel in the centre of Florence, very convenient to see the city with almost all places you’d want to see within walking distance. Can be noisy at night due to location, and it is not the easiest to drive to if you have a car.
Had some issues with bookings made via the guest services site not seeming to work, and some staff were not immediately helpful in resolving it. Others were excellent though.

The staff was wonderful addressing any issues and had wonderful recommendations. The room was fabulous and we had a wonderful time at the bar also.
