Staff was great. It smelled like cigarette smoke in halls and stairway. Beds were comfortable though and room was fine

Offered an indoor pool. When we got there they said it was closed. The only reason we got the room was for the indoor pool.

Everything was great except we I used your app to book our stay, I selected a room with a king bed. For some reason, the confirmation showed a queen bed. Since I booked thru a 3rd party, the hotel said they could not switch rooms.
