I loved the various spaces, the design and the beautiful plants. The music was great as were the people. I even loved the scent of the candles so much that I bought one (I never usually buy scented candles). We could walk everywhere and the lack of cars was wonderful.

Last minute decision to visit Florence and we were lucky to get two rooms here. Easy walk from train and to all of the places we wanted to visit in the city. Hotel is quirky, love it.

This is a most unique Hotel. They made it fun to stay there.
If the weather had ben better then I am sure. we would have had ten more to like about it.
If you stay there seek out the Library ...

This is such a unique property. The staff is so amazing, helpful and goes out of their way to assist guests. The restaurant was good and the buffet breakfast had many options for selection. Location is great, walkable to many sights and restaurant options. To add to the fun, stay in the 'Hell" rooms!
