Room is recently updated. Hotel is located near shopping area, with lots of dining options.

This property is very dated and not kept up. The room was small. We had lumpy caulking in the bathroom and areas that looked like mold in bit of chaulking sticking out from tub surround. The bathroom as a whole was the size of a bathroom stall in any gas station. The service was slow and unhelpful. I asked to have maid service on our room specifically for clean towels and toilet paper. The lady asked me to wait a minute and then handed it all to me and walked off. It was way over priced even being a holiday weekend (3 - 4 times what was advertised for the next day) especially given the size of the room/bathroom and its exttreme need for updating and maintenance. We won't be returning to this hotel.

For a budget chain, the Baymont is a great deal with the usual amenities, but all above average for this kind of stay: internet was great, breakfast as usual for the budget standard, but more than adequate. The property is quite pleasant, on a rise above the highway with lots of trees. Best thing is no train noise, an important consideration when staying in Flagstaff.

Issue with loud kids late at night around midnight. Called front desk and they took care of the issues right away. Everything else was good.
