The included breakfast is a joke. Just cereal and waffles. In the room the lamps and furniture appear to be very old and worn. The shades are all beat. The water pressure In the shower was terrible. The only positive was the bed was clean and the room was clean.

The lady that checked us in never greeted us.
She was very unfriendly. She is definitely in the wrong business.
The room was nice and clean although I had to pay $10 more for a non-smoking, no pets room.

Thank you for staying with us and taking the time to give us your feedback. Let me clear your misunderstanding about 10 extra charge. Please see your confirmation. You booked 1 QUEEN SMOKING ROOM through Expedia. When you call us to confirm it we told you that we do not have similar type of non smoking room. But we do have upgraded room ( which is 1 KING BED. So extra charge was for the upgraded room, not for the no smoking room.

There were a bunch of drunk, rowdy people outside our window at the early morning hours. They kept us awake. These folks were banging on doors down the hallway. Otherwise, the premises were clean and comfortable. It was conveniently located right off the interstate highway.

The person working in reception was obnoxious and upon leaving we found out that she added an extra charge without ever mentioning it
