The hotel is well located and the team is great. We always stay there when visiting our family. So it is probably our 6th or 7th stay there. We noticed that the hotel is not getting any maintenance in the last years. Some doors need to the repainted and some carpets need to be raplaced.

Property is in desperate need of an upgrade. The rooms don't have plugs convenient for phone charging, wifi is terrible and the overall condition is run down. Our room had a lampshade with a burn hole completely through the lampshade from the lightbulb.

Weird place, room was ok, parking was odd, no matter what you pay on expedia they charge a 17$ "facility fee" on top of that, room ac was faltering, "breakfast" amounted to a gas station quality breakfast sandwich, cash only vending machines. Place looked nice and everything was clean but

This is by far my most favorite hotel in the Greater Hartford area. We stay here to visit family and the rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. The staff has always been friendly and accommodating. It’s more like a bed and breakfast with charming and historic decor. The breakfast is outstanding! We will be back.
