Nicely decorated rooms, great hot tub and sauna for guest use, and nice lounge/bar space. The room itself was great, with good blackout blinds and a comfortable memory foam mattress. The bathroom was a bit of a letdown, however. It's large, which is great, but the towel hooks were barely holding into the wall and have already been "fixed" before, with exposed signs of poor repair. Beyond that, the counterspace around the sink is really tight, for how much room is available. Perhaps a shelf opposite the sink would allow guests to have room for their toiletries. Food at the restaurant was good but the restaurant staff seemed overwhelmed, and a bit disorganized. On one occasion, the server brought my dish to the table with no greeting, nothing, just set it down and walked away... not a huge deal, but definitely felt odd and awkward.
All in all, a good hotel close to most of the south coast sights.

Night one was good dinner . Night two had a steak asked medium rare but came way over done . That was unfortunate.

Beautiful hotel all around. The restaurant was delicious - some of the best food I had during our trip! The hot tubs were fantastic and our view was amazing. The hotel staff were very accommodating as I pulled a muscle and requested ice from the bar. However, for ease of your stay, consider booking a dinner reservation as it can fill up during the prime times fast!

Staff was great. Rooms a little too warm, but very nice. Only about 30 minutes from glacier lagoon.

It is convenient location to most slight seeing areas. The walking distance to the waterfall and very peaceful view at lobby.
