The staff looked like they were miserable. No smiles, vaping right outside the entrance. Ice machines did not work. Water all over the bathroom floor due to leak.One could easily hear the other guests' toilets and showers. The breakfast food was good but we will not come back.

We have stayed here several times and I think it is one of the best hotels I have stayed in. The river view and park are exceptional! The front desk staff are always excellent as well. Our dogs stayed for free :) That is not the case anymore at most La Quinta Inn's. We always booked La Quinta because of our two small dogs. As we drive back and forth to Arizona, California and Oregon. We would drive out of our way to get to them. Now most are asking for $25 EACH PET for one overnight stay. We look elsewhere because of the high price and the hotel is no better than before. I really love the one in Eugene!

Clean, friendly staff, and convenient location. Close to shopping and a beautiful park!

Breakfast was not very good. Powdered eggs were terrible, sausage not good either. Poor selection of fruits.

This was a great location for the show we just went to . A quick 5 minute walk . Parking kind of sucked but thankfully they found a spot for our car . Staff was great . The beds were comfortable. If you need extra pillows and there is an event , bring extras with you .

Its the Eugene area so expect to have homeless camps around the property- there were several run down RVs along the roadway outside the hotel. Parking is minimal and not a huge lot. Hotel itself was nice, but would've liked to have lotion in the bathroom. Would stay here again

I especially loved how they called me beforehand to make sure i had all the information that i needed before showing up. They were welcoming and accomdating! I will absolutely be staying again!
