We had a mountain view. It was a clean and comfortable room that was pet friendly.

Checked in with Expedia cost of room $260. At check in got charged another $66 (for incidentals and damages). Reservation stated there was complimentary breakfast. Went down for breakfast and was told they don’t offer it. Showed the front desk attendant my reservation and he very rudely pulled out two green cards and wrote our room number for breakfast. The room was secluded on the west wing where the hotel looked run down, dirty, and dilapidated. With large bags of dirty linens, empty cleaning bottles , and a broken lamp all lining the hallway to the room. Very disappointing stay. Will not stay here again.

The staff and lobby were very inviting and made for a great short stay with my family. The kids loved the pool.
