It was very pretty and relaxing by the river. The only problem we had was finding a place to have breakfast.

The room had poor shades that didnt block off light, which was very bright at night. Made room very hard to sleep, felt like daytime. TV woulnt work. Staff was great and accommodating

Old school New England motel with beautiful views of the the Essex River and Great Salt Marsh. The staff is very friendly and the rooms and grounds are clean.
We've book a weekend there every May and intend to continue doing so.
As long as you're not expecting a fancy resort, this is probably your best option on Cape Ann.

It was a perfect place to rest and unwind. We enjoyed our visit to Salem from the Inn. The room was just right and the outdoor space is cozy and relaxing.
