The air conditioner was not working properly in our room and it was hot. The bathroom door did not close. I had to put the garbage can behind it to keep it closed.

Stayed here because of my dog. Batteries were falling out of the remote control and shower handle was broken and almost falling off.

Limited parking. Pool was not open. After a long day of driving we were looking for a refreshing swim.

Back entrance kept getting jammed. Elevator was out of compliance for safety review. Just seemed a little run down.

The room was not cleaned well. We informed the desk agent Gracie, and she handled the concern. There is a soft place in the floor near the AC unit that I deeemed unsafe. I informed the desk agent about my concern but nothing was done. I was not offered a discount on my room rate nor an offer to change my room. I am normally a fan of Hampton Inn but was not happy with the stay. I have relatives in Enterprise and plan many visits. I was hoping this would be my go to hotel. I am going to rethink the other options available.
