Staff was nice, solid for a motel. Breakfast wasn't much, room had that musty smoker motel smell- easy parking, good access to the town. Solid for the price!

Amenities at this facility are at best pathetic. Worthless ‘breakfast’ with greasy prepackaged goods, rotten fruit and poor choice cereals, coat rack no hangers, no microwave or fridge, no clock, matted carpets, 31” tv, not even tissues and shower water was just barely warm enough. Motel 6 would outrage it at a much cheaper cost.

I stay here regularly enjoying this independent motel. This time the winter salt had not been swept from the sidewalks, I had no mini fridge in my room, the hot water was not hot for an evening shower and the breakfast bar was not restocked. I am sorry to report this because I have like staying here and will do it again and hope that these details are fixed next time.

We stayed there years ago and it now needs to be updated. The drapes were old fashioned and very wrinkled. The bedspreads were not large enough to cover the box springs and not attractive at all. There was no microwave in the room which was inconvenient since we got takeout for dinner and couldn’t reheat it. Breakfast was very sparse but we did get an apple that was good and we filled our to go cups with coffee. We had to wait a few minutes for the office to open for the breakfast bar. The outside of the facilities need some repairs The room seemed clean and the bed was comfortable. It was quiet. There was an additional pet fee that had to be paid on site after paying our registration fee on line. We probably will not stay there again.

From the minute we checked in, the staff was so helpful and accommodating. The room was spotless and big. Although this is an older motel, you can see that it is been updated and is in the process of updating. We will definitely be back on our next visit to Ely.
