Awful experience, avoid this resort.

We would not recommend this hotel. The rooms were dirty and window blinds were falling off the windows. Towels were not in the bathroom or room when we arrived. We had three done villa rooms for our party. One room had a missing window that had a piece of card board taped over the hole with masking tape. For the second room, the toilet was leaking all over the bathroom floor and there was a constant pool of water. The third room was infested with mosquitoes and we later found mosquito larva in the room. When we brought these issues to the hotel staff they did nothing to rectify the situation and wouldn’t even provide a discount or move our rooms. It was frustrating because we prepaid for the stay. The location of the hotel is good and could have so much potential. Avoid this nightmare resort.

Loud music Room privacy see through blinds Lack food choices Pool water filter always off Access to pool blocked by coconut leaves No safe Dog in premises even during breakfast Too pricy No manager to run the place Just feeling the place is going downhill and deteriorating Miserable and old lounge chairs in the pool No cooks in the restaurant Staff disarray on the things to do Expedia you should give me a discount for this place

Really dirty and not maintained. Bathroom was filthy, asked get it to be cleaned and it was not. Reception toilets even worse. Everything was covered in dust, it actually smelt like dust. Pool was green slimey looking, no guests used during our stay. Fixtures were having off the wall, lights didn’t work in our room, hole in top of door where mosquitoes got in. We did not get tair con didn’t really work. Refused airport pick up and drop off which they said was free. Not enough staff we waited 1 hour 30 minutes on scrambled eggs at breakfast. We paid a lot for this stay so we were very disappointed. It’s a shame as this property would be lovely if it was maintained and cleaned every once in a while.

Le prix était vraiment trop élevé pour les prestations fournies. Piscine trouble, mobilier de mauvaise qualité, service inefficace, climatisation défaillante, chambre très moche, manque de linge…

Der Aufenthalt war allgemein sehr angenehm. WiFi und TV funktionierten leider nicht. Speisen die auf der Karte standen waren zum Teil nicht erhältlich.
