The staff is absolutely amazing! They have went above and beyond each time I’ve stayed here! I keep coming back because it’s affordable, they have the best breakfast, my kids love the pool! The only suggestions would be to possibly investing in some repairs, the building is a little older so it could use some updates, also recommend having bedbug cover protectors I think they are a must for all hotels, however it’s always clean every time I come here and check the beds and room! So I will always continue to choose the Travelodge, thank you! 😊

Before I bring my bags into a hotel I always check the room out first and boy was it it a good idea. Immediately before i got inside there were some not so great people loitering outside the front door ( a welcoming sight). After we checked in and received breakfeast vouchers we were greeted to room that had smelled like it just been smoked in with yellowed out curtains(Keep in mind its a non smoking room). We went back to the front desk and were able to switch rooms. We were amazed the room we were put in was 100 times cleaner, Didint smell like smoke and had a nice bathroom and furniture. Despite this the air conditioner was not properly sealed in the wall so hot air leaked into the suite constantly. The result? Air condotioner running 24/7. Breakfeast was a joke, waffle machine broken and nothing else but toast and cereal. I prepacked my own in preparation for a situation like this aswell. All in all would highly suggust going elsewhere especially as a woman as my girlfriend didint feel safe at times. Hotel is definitely on the rundown and sketchy side of places to stay in west edmonton.

This place has hearty free breakfast pool hot tub and exercise rooom. For the price and best location by WEM and Henday

I didn’t need a fancy renovated hotel, I needed an inexpensive place to sleep. Free breakfast was a bonus. Hot tub and slide were enjoyed by us as well. Thank you!
