I suppose you get what you pay for but for a Radisson we were super disappointed.... We had used a trolly to get all our bags up to our hotel and while in the elevator there was a loud CLUNK. we needed to get to the 3rd floor and it got stuck on the 2nd floor. Took a while for the doors to open once they finally did they would not close again. So we had to carry out 9 bags and toddler up a flight of stairs. The elevator was down the rest of the night and evening, therefor on the way out we had to haul all 9 bags down 6 flights of stairs again. The pool is very small and dirty, its also right in the front lobby , with a massive window for anyone walking in to see you i found that super odd. Room itself was okay, beds were decent but the shower was horrible. little to know pressure and really cross you could see the water damage on the cieling. Tiles in the tub falling off. Again you get what you pay for i just expected a little more for a Radisson . We will look elsewhere next time we do a weekend trip to edmonton.

The elevator not working

Okay stay for an okay price. Lobby is beautiful and renovated. Rooms are clean but old. Water damage on room ceilings. Very old bathroom and smells of dampness and mild.

Hotel is old on the inside. Wallpaper falling down, baseboard heaters damaged, A/C unit sounds like a jet plane all night. Its convenient for a road trip where you are just passing through but there are better options.

Check in was quick and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. Staff was great.
