This is a clean, modern hotel with very friendly and efficient staff. There is a nice lobby entryway that leads to the open, light filled dining and breakfast room. The free breakfast offers many cold and hot options as well as some gluten free items. The room was well appointed and all was clean and comfortable.

The Holiday Inn Express in Leith, Scotland was clean, the staff was friendly. Puplic Transportation to and from Edinburgh center was avalaible within walking distanct from the Hotel. My wife and I enjoyed our stay there and would recommend it to others looking for afordable Lodging in the Edinburgh area.

Excellent property in a very convenient location. Room was a good size and well appointed and the tram stop was located just across the road, making it convenient for easy access into the city.

The staff were excellent - really helpful, friendly and efficient. Our room was spotlessly clean, the accoutrements were replenished every day and the amenities were modern. Breakfast was a well presented, well organised event every morning - hot fresh tasty food, plenty of fruit and pastries, and juices/hot drinks. The only slightly annoying thing was the main elevator seemed to be in favour of the upper floors, not the ground floor, but there was a second lift around the corner so it was no real problem.

Visiting Royal Yacht so excellent location, (I've been a few times to this holiday inn) excellent service by staff
Particularly Kirsty who helped with one of my party who was wearing an arm sling
