No issues with our stay here. It is in a convenient area and the staff were great. Only “complaint” is that it is quite small. Our room was pretty crammed and the lobby was often hard to navigate through when it got busy with tour groups. Didn’t really affect us though.

Loved the location - lots of shops and restaurants around and so close to the Royal Mile!!! Great place to stay!!!

Didn’t like the basement room or the fact we couldn’t open the window

Lovely building with loads of shopping and restaurants and pubs on the doorstep. Our room was very small even though the receptionist said it was an upgrade. Our room wasn’t serviced on our second day even though we were out of the room for long periods during the day which meant us using damp towels the next day.

The room was a bit tight, and the elevators were kind of a circus. We liked the location, but the breakfast was a zoo; even though the food was ok, the experience wasn't great. I know they do warn you about this, however traveling with a toddler does limit our time options and breakfast was only til 10:30 on weekdays. No idea where the parking was, but it wasn't out front which made for a bit of a scramble. But the staff were nice, even if they only refilled our coffee with decaf.
