3 time staying here never disappoints great hotel

The hotel did not honor the reservation I made through Expedia, they did not give me a double room even though I paid more, for a double room, they gave me a room with a sofa bed They told me I would have to take it up with Expedia.
They charged me and additional
Tax free, which thru still haven’t returned to my account. Though I’ve sent emails and chatted online,
Lastly. My sons wedding was at this hotel, not only was his reception there but we had several family members stay at the hotel and I would say that about half of them had very similar issues with prepaid 3rd party reservations.
Also we had to go to the hospital because my husband developed an itch on his legs, the doctor asked if we had stayed at a hotel or outside of our home we said yes and the doctor at the emergency room told us that he had been bitten by bedbugs!!! Bedbugs!!! On top of them giving us not the room we had paid for have to make a trip on Memorial Day to the emergency room of LVHN, sucked!!!
The only good thing about our weekend was my son’s wedding, the company of family and friends,
and the breakfast was decent,
If you do a reservation with a third party company like Expedia they will set you up in their least expensive room, and charge you additional taxes!

While the staff was friendly and helpful, I would expect more from a $200/night stay.

Very accommodating staff—allowed us to check out late so we could visit family. Very comfortable room, quiet and nice breakfast

Very convenient to shopping, dining, casino(about 20 minutes) event we had in Bloomsbury NJ.. everyone friendly from receptionist to bartender.. definitely stay again
