The hotel and staff were great and the room was modern, comfortable and very clean. The breakfast was a wonderful spread with many options. The only negative is that the rooms air conditioning only seemed to heat. I could have changed rooms easily but chose to open the window instead.

The customer service from the reception staff was very poor. They were rude and took money from my debit card without approval prior to check out.

I arrived the hotel to stay for my business trip! The reception was unfriendly at all! The room had absolutely nothing from any regular room amenities! Room was cold, and when I asked the reception how to make it warmer, he arrogantly began stating about the German system and energy saving!
