Noisy and don't eat at the restaurant

They charged me for having a second sugar sachet for my coffee! Gave me rice instead of bread and butter with my "American Breakfast" then refused to change it when I asked. When I told reception there were people in the corridor making noise at 11pm they said it wasn't their job to keep their guests quiet, so I had to ask them myself - obviously could have gone badly but luckily they quietened down. I really don't like complaining but I feel a duty to save others from this place.

This place should be okay for just sleeping and tidying up if you have day trips during your stay. Staff are friendly and attentive to requests.
