Truly great staff made up for the urgently needed uplift in the rooms and floors corridors. I think with a small Investmemt, the rooms can see a remarkable improvement. Also the carpets in the corridors looks like it’s from an ancient civilization.

customer service is 10/10, staff were very accommodating, the location of the hotel was very central, my room blew me away, the view was fantastic, i will definitely come back to the hotel. it was really amazing and the restaurant had a good variety of breakfast and dinner.

The hotel had considerable water damage and black mold in the bathrooms. The mirrors and glass were all smudged with fingerprints as if it wasn’t clean. The shower wasn’t what I expected it was a drain in the floor. The area around the hotel is the red light district so I didn’t feel safe at all.
