The staff was very friendly and helpful. Parking was always a breeze and the variety of restaurants was more than adequate.

by mistake I left my wallet on the table instead of safety box. some one stole AED 500 from my wallet. when I complained they did not take any action. instead security in charge was questioning ( not questioning integration ) me how much money I have, where I spent my money. I have doubt that security incharge was supporting his house keeper for his own interest.

Very nice stay, cool, clean and quiet room. Staff was very pleasant and it had everything I needed in excellent condition. Will stay here again on my next visit

I stayed there 3 times with my business partner during the last 6 months period . I won’t go back again. Last stay we paid so much money to secure 3 day weekend thinking that they upgrade us to a better room
Rather they gave 1st floor rooms which is not nice at all .
