Hotel smelled old and had bugs. Saw ants , nets and other bugs in the room. Maybe rooms on higher floors are renovated. Starbucks downstairs was a gem and flower shop was very affordable.

Nothing to complain. Good business hotel with a useful executive lounge. Large lobby.

Wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly from the kind staff at valet to the front desk to all the cleaning staff - everyone was extremely friendly and keen to help.
The location is convenient with close access to Dubai mall and most of the tourist attractions in DXB. There are also a great selection of restaurants in the area.
Shoutout to Hamza and Reza from Pakistan at the valet who went the extra mile to make my stay pleasant
