I have stayed at the Mina Salam three times and I absolutely love it. It’s a tasteful boutique Arabic style hotel. I have always booked club at the hotel but there has been some changes which I feel wasn’t worth the extra cost. The club lounge is ok if you want quiet time with some drinks and very small light snacks. This hotel is amazing

Superb hotel with exceptional customer service.
Catered to all our needs, definitely recommend if you have kids and are vegetarian!

Lovely stay, this property is stunning, gorgeous decor and super clean. Overall staff were fabulous from Yana on reception to Afzal on the beach. Did note some reception staff being rude to other guests. Great rooms, spotless and cleaning staff amazing. Food top notch and again staff amazing. Would definitely stay again. Would like to point out that main pool not very kid friendly compared to other Jumeriah hotels and also the decking got very hot, should be looked at as there are no warning signs and children (and adults) could easily burn feet if no shoes. Beach staff were also great, although one day was disappointed to see at least 10 sun beds “reserved” all day for people who didn’t appear. Caused some issues with people complaining. Not a good look for a five star hotel. Small issues but overall great stay and would definitely recommend.

Amazing hotel and amenities. The staff were so accommodating. We had specific dietary requirements and the staff in the kitchen and all of the managers in the kitchen area went above and beyond to make sure we were catered for.
Great facilities for children. Wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Dubai after this experience.
