The service can be better as a 5 star hotel. They treat guests as suspects and make us feel uncomfortable. They should send their manager to Japan to learn how to improve the service.

I really like it because the property located next to the Museum of future, it has its own indoor walkway to museum and to train station. The most impressed was security, they have security guards at day times & night times. Service was great too.

Amazing stay at this hotel. We were here for 2 nights as a family of 4 and the hotel staff were excellent, the breakfast was delicious and the room was fantastic- we got upgraded to a club room on 39th floor and the views were spectacular. Thank you Jumeirah Emirates Towers for a wonderful stay, we will be back!
