Fantastic Hotel , location ,staff , particularly at check in receptionist name was Georgina she was exceptional, However , the concerge desk in the lobby were most unhelpful & not obliging , we had two occasions to deal with them very unhelpful & dismissive actually rude , the receptionist staff took over & our request was granted but only because of the Receptionist . Concierge staff need new training

This is an amazing property to stay at if visiting Dubai. Its in a convenient location to the airport and attractions. Download the careem app and you will enjoy discount locsl rates on taxi service. The hotel staff were absolutely amazing. They kept my room clean and provided exceptional hospitality. I would definitely stsy here again.

I truly enjoyed staying at the property, specially enjoyed the club lounge. Location is great and room sizes are great.
