Good hotel but not in a convenient location

As for the location, we appreciate your feedback however, the hotel is located in the heart of emerging Al Barsha, less than 10 minutes walking distance from the very popular Mall of Emirates and approximately 10 to 15 minute drive (max) to the Jumeirah beach front areas. We have a wonderful 5 night stay. Staff were so welcoming and always ready to help. They were very honest about how to get services and best options.

Enjoyed our stay. Good hotel. Great food, close to metro and mall.

The room was big and spacious and the restaurant offered various dishes that are unique and delicious. The metro station is only about 3 min walking distance- extremely convenient to get to anywhere in the city. The hotel shuttle was also a plus to go to the beach and the mall.

Hotel has comfortable rooms and great food options for breakfast and dinner. Only downside is we had to take a taxi everywhere. We did find their travel services helpful so we could do more on our short 3 night stay.

Bad front desk ,after flying for 15 hrs they did not have my reservation,I made 2 reservations and could only find 1 even after giving them my confirmation number ,made me wait 1-2 hours trying to find reservation,poor front desk and management
