I have stayed here many, many times. It is my favorite place to stay in Dubai.
It is not in the main tourist area, but has excellent and easy transport to all the places you would want to see.

We were not aware of a local app which works for all video and audio calls. Encountered problems to handle an emergency situation on the last night of our stay. We recommend staff informing the guests about the app when checking-in. Staff Humza in the front office and Rohit at the concierge service desk are the best in business. They both have pleasing personalities that makes guests stay comfortable and enjoyable.
