Genuinely not a bad word to say about the Fairmont Palm hotel. Every single staff we dealt or interacted with were super friendly, helpful and professional. I would highly recommend the place to friends and family.

very safe and family friendly hotel. staff and service is excellent! the buffet breakfast is huge with hundreds of options definitely worth it.
The only reason the hotel doesn't deserve 5 stars is because they sell day passes to non hotel residents so on a weekend we had to wake up at 7 am to secure sunbeds.
There are too many guests for sunbeds/ pool space also. I expect this fight for sunbeds at a budget hotel in benidorm but not from the fairmont in dubai.

Considering this is a 5 star hotel the service was extremely slow and poor compared to Sofitel on the Palm. The rooms are quite outdated also. The common areas and facilities are good but compared to other places very over priced for what you get. I wouldn’t come back
