Loved the hotel & the location. Even though booked a two bedroom room still breakfast was not included and others booking small rooms had breakfast included. Apart from that everything was excellent. Would stay here again.

Beautiful property! Stayed here two nights and will definitely go again. Fast check in and out . Staff all over were very friendly and helpful. Great service at the restaurant.

Friendly, helpful staff. The cooks and servers went above and beyond to accommodate my son with nut allergies. Delicious food. Loved the pools. Could use more lounger chairs and less Cabanas in the adult pool. Friendly life guards, making sure rules and safety are being followed. Our rooms were cleaned everyday with fresh towels. Front staff in lobby welcoming and friendly. We will hopefully return to Dubai and stay in this lovely hotel again. Highly recommend!

We planned to stay for 2 nights as a city break. We left after one night and booked an alternative hotel. We were on the 6th floor and all we could hear was the tram and traffic. In fairness to the hotel, when checking out they offered to put us in an alternative room. So if your booking, make a point of asking for a quiet room.

Not happy with Hotel.com

Paid booking done with Hotel.com, i was asked to pay additional tourism charges, infect i was asked to block some money in case i used any additional dinning facility, reason given that as we have booked thru Hotel.com
