Lovely hotel to stay in with family, only draw back is being out at the edge of the Palm it’s a good taxie ride to leave the Palm.

Unique experience !

I tried 2 different rooms and i am happy i did. If you look for ok room with reasonable budget then residence is good. Not fancy but has all amenities of five star hotel, house keeping was good. If you look for luxurious experience and the unique logoon experience then go for lagoon room direct access, otherwise try both like i did. Lagoon room was very nice, size, design & , feeling of real vacation. The amenities were super. Room service was good & tasty. Now the customer service can be improved. It took me few calls and long waiting to get simple things done like delivering luggage and so. The Spa was super nice, very nice therapists (Thi & Indian ladies both were so good) the facilities good, steam was under maintenance. Rest were good, i recommend Turkish hamam experience. The Saloon has good fast service. The restaurants were good but the highlight of my trip was the Asian restaurant, i visited it twice and i will do again when ever i visit Dubai, it is that good. Food is super! Service was amazing, ambience and live music adds alot to the experience. I would highly recommend the Pomelo salad (was recommended by the waiter) sticky mango rice (it was perfect)! Thanks for all specially Tommy & Baifern ! Also the vegan burger at Australian restaurant was a surprise! It was one of the best i had!
