Check in took a while but other than that, no complaints. Love the variety of games at the casino.

Property was very clean and spacious! My room was also a decent size but my refrigerator was broke unfortunately. Also, the time we traveled the pool was down and we didn’t know. Overall I’ll give it a 8/10. We were traveling so the pool would have been nice to have .

Overall I enjoyed my time at Bally’s. The rooms definitely need to be renovated. The bed area made a weird noise every time i shifted to hard. Not much around. Easy parking. Nice and accommodating. They don’t have a business office, and I needed to make copies. Front desk was able to print my copies. But they are good dining options around.

Very outdated rooms, felt like I was in my Grandmas guest room. Mold in bathroom shower , hair on the floors in bathroom and the beds were uncomfortable, pillows were hard , refrigerator was not working, guest service was mediocre . No pool which was disappointing for it to be a resort hotel and restaurants were expensive with limited menus! We were extremely underwhelmed and disappointed 😔
