Sent a separate email that there was a cash deposit and when check.in it was more and when checking out was told.had to pay additional and wasnt getting the deposit back even tho nothing was wromg with the room guy yelled trash and threw some money at my husband

we did not take any additional deposit. you made reservations for two people. your husband lied about the having 6 peoples in the room. additional charge was was four extra guests in the room. you were listening to the conversation with your husband and I never yelled or threw money at your husband. we apologize for any convenience .

This was a good stopover place. We stayed 2 nights. The air worked and the shower pressure was awesome. Smoking is actually allowed. 2 complaints the carpet was so old and filthy I had to keep my shoes on and the bed was so hard and lumpy I woke up sore. They shouldn't be allowed to post pictures unless all the rooms look that way. For the great price we'll definitely go back, maybe we'll luck up and get a room with no carpet, this may help them use less of the sickening deodorizer we first encountered when opening the door. Whew but the air conditioner took care of it. Go ahead and stay here, no bugs!lol

The toilet was lose . Bathrub had a hole in it . An rooms where dirty

The staff member that checked us in, was very cordial and accommodating. The room was nice and the location of the hotel was good for us.
