The space was amazing. Plenty of room and space for our family. Very clean. Staff couldn’t be bothered with anything. When asked for help or assistance they drug their feet to slowly help. They all smoke near the pool also.

There were dog footprints on the bedspread and animal hair all over the sofa in the room. There was also mold in the toilet and candy stick on the curtains. Other than that, it was a good hotel.

Decline a stay because the pet friendly hotel did not except cats. You will be hearing from my attorney.

The location was convenient for our concert at The Plant. Lots of chain/fast food restaurant choices around the immediate area. We booked this place because it had good reviews specifically saying it was clean. However, the hotel and our room were dirty and grimy. Our bathroom floor was so sticky my flip flops almost came off. There was some kind of dark brown mold looking stains on every lamp shade in our room. Dust was caked on the table phone and AC unit so those items are never wiped down/cleaned. Microwave had food splattered on every surface and wasn’t even attempted to be cleaned. The white bathroom door was brown from hand prints that have never been wiped. For our king bed we were given 4 throw-pillow sized pillows (not even standard sized pillows). The lighting in the bathroom was so bad I was basically showering in the dark. The next morning we went down to the lobby for breakfast and realized the sticky floor in the dining area was covered in syrup and the same mop they use in this area is what they used to mop our bathroom as it was the same sticky residue that was on our bathroom floor. The elevators look like they were wiped haphazardly with a dirty rag with dirty grimy smear marks all over it. Thank goodness we were only staying here one night. We will never return. I took photos of all of these issues.

Hotel is a little older but in good condition. Room was clean and updated. Bed was a little firm for me but hubby liked it! Bathroom was clean & updated. Water temp and pressure were good. Coffee pot and 1 kind of juice at the breakfast lounge were still not working as seen in other reviews ( needs fixing-too long) but we were able to make coffee in our room. Breakfast was great: eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, waffles, yogurt, great cinnamon swirl bread, fruit & All the other usual items. They need to fix the water cooler in the weight room and water fountain outside the weight room. Overall good place to stay. Reasonable rate.
