I have been here multiple times over the years, and always found this hotel to be relaxing oasis in the midst of the busy Pearl River delta.
Rooms are well equipped and comfortably sized and the hotel gardens invite for a nice stroll.

The hotel viewing was excellent.
The check-in staff was so professional and very patient.
There are many swimming pools that I like swim very much.
One more, there are many hot spring pools.

The breakfast was amazing and the staff made sure to accommodate for the language barrier. The rooms were clean and amenities were nice. The dinner took 45-60 minutes to arrive once we ordered, which was hard for our hungry kids. It would have been nice to have more pools/hot springs open, as well...given it was a holiday week. Overall, it was a great experience and we’ll be back.

i had problems with communicating as many staff did not speak english
