Locks on room door did not work when inside the room. Was told it was for safety/security reasons. Unacceptable that locks are disabled and door cannot be locked when room is occupied.

Convenient accommodation when airline does not provide accommodation for extended transit layover. A bit on the pricy side but understandable due to location within the airport complex.
