I never received a room or service they said I booked after they closed the office … I’m wondering how they even let me book or how the office closes when people get hotel rooms at all hours so I would like for my money to be refunded and the hotel manager said that she would explain the situation further if you all reach out to them

It smelled of cigarettes, dirty dogs, and mildew. There were stains on the sheets and the shades. There were holes in the chair, scratches in the pain on the wall, spots on the floor, and and endless list of nasty stuff. DO NOT GO HERE

@ check in there was a line of people who had issues with their rooms. The first room the gave us was still on the process of being cleaned unbeknownst to the front desk. The. 2nd room was dirty, trash was on the floor, clogged sink, no towels. The staff seemed unorganized and unprofessional. We requested a refund and left .

Room not clean, toilet dirty, no towels, no tissue. Bed was not clean. Ashes from cigarettes on table. Hallway was smelly and dirty. We ended up walking out because of those conditions. I REALLY want a refund for those HORRIBLE conditions!!

Past experiences were decent. This recent visit was terrible. Waited over 30 minutes before being checked in. First room wasn’t cleaned. Nothing but a sheet on the bed. 2nd room had no hdmi connected to tv to watch cable. Key cards stopped working so many times. Place was very noisy all throughout the night. Turning the fan on and leaving the tv on helped drown the noise out. Cheap & Last Minute for sure!
