The bathroom floor was extremely unsanitary and visibly dirty, appearing as though it hadn't been cleaned in quite some time. Hair was scattered about, and the corners were particularly neglected. Additionally, numerous pins were found on the floor and carelessly placed on the bed board. Despite our two-night stay, the room remained untouched and unprepared between the two days. Despite being a party of four, only two towels were provided, and despite our request for more, the promised delivery never materialized. I wouldn't recommend this place; it might look appealing in photos, but that's the extent of its charm. Our room, situated above the lobby, suffered from incessantly loud music, making sleep nearly impossible.

There is no lights in the hotel .. bas customer service..

For this brand, the property is not up to par. While the main areas seem fine, the room was full of issues - all lights were unplugged, the fridge was unplugged, the ironing board was broken and unusable, the shower head was extremely loose and coming out of the wall…. For this price point, the “Club” level rooms should be a lot better. Wouldn’t repeat my stay.
