Great for attending events at the Iowa Event Center. Very friendly staff. Breakfast was just okay, nothing bad, just okay.

This facility was average for the price. But you definitely get what you pay for. The TV and WiFi didn’t work for the majority of our stay. And the blackout curtains definitely let sunshine in the room.

Very convenient to the Wells Fargo Arena and Iowa Events Center. Overlooks the DesMoines River. Includes parking and breakfast. Clean and comfortable.
