Accessible to everything we wanted to do! Very welcoming. There were some water stains in the ceiling but overall, we enjoyed every moment. Staff was kind and welcoming!

The room itself was comfortable and we appreciated how well the blackout curtains kept the room dark in the morning (surprisingly it's not common). Unfortunately those in our adjoining room slammed every door possible many times over for hours early in the morning and late at night. The adjoining door seemed to let every little bit of sound in - it sounded like they were in our room doing it. Additionally the elevators were not working - they were down to only two that were slow and would trap people inside it. They did offer us free parking because of the elevator issue. We specifically booked this place because we were hoping for a pool during our stay. Expedia said it was open but we got an email after booking that it was opening a month later that stated. Overall, it was okay but not our favorite experience at a hotel.

Horrible experience. The elevators weren't working. Had to carry all of our luggage up and down six flights of stairs. Book the hotel for a birthday. Going up six slides of stairs and intoxicated was horrible. Somebody ended up getting hurt. Had a terrible view. Book the hotel because of the nice pool we weren't able to use it. Highly disappointed in our entire experience

Did not like the elevators going down / barely working. Walking up to the 14th floor wasn’t too fun.

Elevators are broken. Pool is closed for repair. You can tell it's an old property that has been given the landlord special.

The hotel was nice, but really expected a continental breakfast for the price you pay.
The staff was friendly and service was great.
