Thhe staff was very nice and welcoming. The hotel is in a nosiy area and therevwas a lot of construction in and arpund the block. Otherwise a deacent hotel with good food and staff.

I loved the vibe of this hotel. The staff was super helpful and it felt very safe. I also really loved the quality of the pillows.

I learned that the Magnolia hotel was built first in 1910 as a Bank and a family bought the building in 1995 and converted it into a hotel. This hotel has character and history.
The hotel is conveniently licated near the conventiin center and just a walk away from Union Station.
Cons: one elevator was undergoing renovation and the other 2 elevators were very busy. This is understandable.
Love: the hotel offers coffee and tea with a variety of milks to choose from in the mornings. In the afternoons they offer cookies and milk.
The gym has a set of weights, 2 benches, 2 peloton bikes, a couple of treadmills, area for yoga etc, and locker rooms. The gym has towels, water and fruits. Is well maintained and clean.

This is a great hotel, the rooms are nice and spacious and very clean with decent amenities.
The elevator situation is poor, only seems to be one working.
The surrounding area has an abundance of beggars and junkies, I’m all actuality downtown Denver is dirty and doesn’t have much to offer.

We have 3 elevators total in the hotel but one is currently down being modernized. This is a lengthy project but the goal is to complete the modernization of all 3 elevators to enhance the guest experience. We do hope you would consider staying with us again in the future.
