I absolutely did not like how the hotel housekeeping staff entered into my room with a Do Not Disturb sign up to dispose my belongings and bookbag. The room was reserved for three nights and the cleaning staff disposed of my belongings and my bookbag the second night. I will NEVER stay at a Hyatt hotel again.

Very friendly staff and updated property. I really enjoyed my stay. It’s convenient located, nice access to public transit and also all the tourist activities in the downtown area. 15 min walk to the baseball stadium

Excellent choice with incredible staff at desk. We were able to see a fair share of Denver on foot.

Valet parking is $70 a day which is crazy. Went to have breakfast in restaurant and every spot at the bar was filthy. Since I was being ignored I went to use the restroom…. Filthy and no toilet paper!!! Would not recommend

Our valet is 59 a night. It's been that rate for over a year. We do not charge 70 for valet. I'm sorry for your experience at the restaurant. We do the best we can for how busy we are in the mornings. I hope the rest of your stay was good. Take care and safe travels.
