Very outdated Air-conditioning that was almost non existent and tiny rooms made for an unpleasant experience during the heat of summer. The front desk staff was friendly and offered a fan to battle with the incessant heat but it did little to help. The beds/bedding was surprisingly comfortable and the rooms were "tidied up but not necessarily cleaned" by the maids due to finding hair, dust and fingerprints throughout the room. Overall, it was not a great experience and this hotel could certainly do better considering its reputation and location to other grand hotels.

They warned us that we had no control over climate in the room and to call them if we wanted them to cool it down. I call 3 times and finally they just bring up a ghetto box fan. It was miserably hot in there even with it. I walked around with a cold wet towel around my neck and my hair up until we left the room. I will not be staying here again for this reason.

This has not been my favorite Denver stay. Our room was super small. It felt like we were in a closet. It was also just missing little amenities.

Nice property, but lack of working a/c was less than desirable. Box fan provided by the front desk, but was definitely inadequate

The staff were great and really tried to be helpful. Expedia had the right room booked but the room isn’t a guarantee and it isn’t what we reserved. The staff were great about making it happen. Expedia could be better.

The air conditioner did not work for the entire stay nor the room phone. The room phone was explained as being due to recent renovations. I had tried to call down through my phone several times and was transferred to the main menu or they could not hear me and never got transferred to the front desk. I ended up having to walk down each time. Apparently they were working on the AC unit and each time I passed the front desk, they had no updates. The final night the front desk attendant had no knowledge about the issue and tried to reiterate that a technician just needed to come adjust the thermostat and that they ran on central air but she did not know about any issues with the AC. I told her that apparently it was not working and she said she would look into it and send a technician up to change the room temperature if it was fixed. No one changed the room temperature throughout the stay, fixed the air conditioner, or gave me any updates. I asked for a fan but they said they were all out. I was never offered a room change or given any updates other than when I asked and they always stated it was being worked on or they did not know there was an issue. I did not sleep well for the entire stay as I was sweating and restless.
