The building was nice. It's located in a rough neighborhood. Also, you are basically torn between paying for expensive valet parking or for a private lot next door that is notorious for trying to get money out of people by claiming they didnt pay, even though they did

The hotel staff and service was wonderful! Cleanliness was really well maintained; the only things I'd personally advise is that if you're planning your stay here, you need to pay $5 for parking or $45 for valet and the area its in isn't greatly lit. For the $5 parking, it's a 12 hour toll; at 11:59 pm you pay for the next day. The Handicapped room is fine, as we needed to extend a stay by one night. Be aware that the shower extends to the bathroom and there are no bathmats placed down. The water runs right into the bathroom and, though theres a drain, it still needs towels to be placed down to soak up the water. Its also not well viewable for those driving by, since the Inn borders on a few "One Way" streets. So just be on the lookout for it!

We were extremely disappointed to find out that there was no free parking to stay at this hotel, we had to pay $45.00 daily for valet. Furthermore, they only had 1 (one) working elevator the entire time we stayed there (very time consuming) a lot of guests were upset about this & voicing their frustration. Additionally, we weren’t aware that we would have to request housekeeping/maid service the day prior if we wanted our room cleaned, this would have been nice to know, by one of the desk clerks, when we were checking in (they have a small sign on the desk, stating this, that we apparently overlooked) we needed more clean towels, toilet paper & coffee-which we had to “track down” ourselves. And, when my Husband wanted to relax & watch TV, the choices in channels & programs to watch were poor. When we returned to our room, exhausted from the day’s activities, we were looking forward to a quiet night of slumber - we were frequently awoke by loud sirens, about every 15 minutes, all night long. All-in-all, for what we paid in staying 3 nights & valet parking for 4 days was ridiculous! We won’t be staying at this hotel anymore, when we visit Denver, too many disappointments!

Overall it was a nice hotel, good location and convenient for walking around downtown area. Rooms were in good shape, bathroom was a little small but overall the room was nice. One of the elevators was down and not working the entire 3 night stay we were there and wasn't informed of it so that was inconvenient. Breakfast in the morning was okay, nothing special but was nice to have.
