We called the hotel to inquire about the free shuttle from the airport and were informed that the shuttle is available every half an hour. After several calls to the hotel and waiting for more than an hour, the shuttle finally arrived. However, the driver was rude and insisted that we needed to request shuttle service directly from the hotel, despite us doing so as soon as we arrived at the shuttle area at the airport. Additionally, the hotel only informed the driver about our request ten minutes prior. Moreover, when I purchased water from the vending machine at the hotel, it displayed a price of 2.5 dollars per bottle. I paid with my card, but upon checking my credit card statement the next day, I discovered that I was charged 6.5 dollars per bottle, totaling 26 dollars for four bottles. Furthermore, toothbrushes and toothpaste were not provided in the room, which is a basic amenity, especially when guests have to depart early in the morning for the airport.

The staff was rude, and did not inform us of how things worked like u need a key to run the air conditioner. And we did not have enough towels wash clothes to use. No ice machine readily available and had to search for one that worked and lastly, we did not have hot water, we called down to front desk to let them know and all they did was send someone up to look under the sink and that was it. When we told front desk the next morning all they said was that no one else complained. Very disappointed

Shuttle driver from hotel only picked up people from one side of the airport for over an hour and my wife and I had to pay $40 for taxi because it was very cold.

The staff was awesome. I checked in relatively late. They got me into the room fast.
The pillows were complete garbage. They looked like they belonged on a couch for decoration and not on a bed. There were 4 pillows on the bed. None of the 4 were big enough to be considered a pillow.
