31 on the Terrace was clean and comfortable considering the age of the property. The tv reception and internet were unusable and the property would welcome a refresh but is adequate.

“New York” Balcony/terrace room. Great to sit and watch the township of Denmark. Quiet at night as no traffic.

Denise and Trudy were the perfect hosts. The accommodation is very warming and comfortable. We will definitely stay again.

Room was a little more boarding house than motel, but clean and comfortable.
Room info advertised discounts at venues which denied they had a relationship with 31 on the Terrace. Gives me pause to question the truthfulness of the owner.
