This was my first time staying at a hotel with roaches. It felt uncomfortable stay with bugs and possibly risk bringing them back into our home. Will not be back

My only concern is the conditions of the room, we can’t open the door in the balcony. The wall was repaired but the forgot to paint it back . Carpet vary dirty out of the room . This hotel is too expensive for the quality of the room . The staff was amazing an common areas

Well I was debating whether to write a review or not, I have been here twice and always book a room with a balcony, but when I came in March I really didnt get a chance to sit outside & enjoy the balcony because of the birds & bird feces all over the place. Even if I tried to crack the glass sliding door open a little here they come, so much for enjoying the beach from inside the room.

Sliding door in room was visibly worn and wall damaged around slider. Needs to be fixed and rooms updated
