Not a healthcare traveler friendly location. Working night shift I booked Fri-Mon but couldn't check-in until Sat morning. I did my due diligence by leaving a note with my reservation and also called the property so the didn't put me as a no-show and cancel me. I was told i was checked in and my keys with paperwork would be waiting when i arrived. The lady at the desk Sat morning, Bianca, was rude and unprofessional. She got loud with me when I told her I was checking in and said check-in isn't until 3pm! She was very resistant to listening to me explain the situation and was going to charge me an early check-in fee. I explained I had paid for Fri night intentionally so I'd have a room early Sat, called Fri night and they checked me in, my keys should be ready. She was hesitant to even look at my reservation and treated me like I was doing something wrong. Otbers were in the lobby eating breakfast, it was embarrassing. No apology or responsibility taken on her part once she finally looked at my reservation. She just slapped the key on the counter and told me to sign the paper. My room was near the housekeeping work area and was so loud. I did not sleep well, felt anxious the whole time, and unwelcome. Would not recommend and will never stay again.

Concierge said the room number out loud when checking in, which made me feel unsafe if someone had overheard. Also the walls were thin so it was noisy at night. The shower head was attached by a suction and fell off during my shower. There were other people’s hairs on the bedding when I got there.

Pet pricing is quite ridiculous $25 per night per dog. When we wanted to wash clothes the dryer was broken. Just a very mediocre stay especially when paying over $500 between the room and pet fees
