Alots of trash in the back…

Thanks Sir for positive review and feedback,We are finishing last leg of renovations, unprocessed of cleaning up the last batch of mess once the granite and other trash in back...and re-doing parking lot...we will have all fixed and outside renovated as well for your next stay.Thanks

The staff was rude and unhelpful, the bathtub filled when showering, there was no hair dryer in the room, the phones didn’t work

Valory,We appreciate you staying with us and letting us know how we are doing. We do apologize for the issues you encountered with us. We would have been happy to assist you during your stay with the issue you had with the room.We would have sent up our maintenance or room moved you to another room.Our phone lines do not work being they are being updated to a new fiber optic phone system. I will remind the housekeeping staff to remember to make sure all rooms have their hair dryers in them. We do have extras in the hotels.Again, thank you for letting us know so we hope you will come back and give us another chance.

David,We are sorry to hear you won't stay with us again. We are not sure what issues you came across. We are still under some renovations and we do hope that you will give us another try once all renovations are completed and the pool-spa, and fitness center are open for all to enjoy.

Before booking my stay I called and asked if the pools were open and I was told yes they were open from 7am-10pm upon arrival I asked if they were still open and the women at the check in stated the pool had been down for months, I was not happy about that. I also was unable to dial to the front desk due to the phones not working and the remote to the tv was not set up properly and I had to go down to the front desk so someone could fix it, overall the rooms were clean.

Symberly,Thank you for letting us know about your issues with the pool. We are sorry that our pool is still closed and has been closed for over a year due to renovations. It is and has been listed on our website and we have told all 3rd party sites to note it on theirs. We are looking forward to having it open again soon. Our phone lines have been down now for about a month as it too is being updated with a new system.We are at the mercy of the contractors and backorders on getting everything completed. Tv's seems to be becoming an issue with other guest changing the inputs to hook up their games or to log into their accounts like Netflix. We are working with the housekeeping staff to make sure they are set on the correct inputs. Hopefully, you will come back and stay again once all renovations have been completed so that you can enjoy the pool and spa and our new fitness center.
