What I like about this hotel is the security checks, large area of greens and shades at car park, swimming pool and spacious room. What pissed me off are the poor maintenance and housekeeping services. The water heater is a BIG let down, does not work when you need to bathe and the shower spray badly needs to be replaced. For people with osteoarthritis condition, a good working water heater and bathroom facilities are important. There were many complaints made by previous guests but the Management did not seem to listen and do anything to rectify this. Housekeeping staff does not replace the shampoo and toilet paper on 2 occasions. My bed (twin) has urine smell and I wonder how is it that the housekeepers did not smell it.

Very poor service.

There were no towels when we arrived. After calling to ask for towels, they brought towels, but no bathroom mat. We had to call again for the mat. There was no hot water in the room. When we called to ask about the hot water, we were told that they would notify maintenance. Still no hot water on the second day. Two calls later someone from maintenance came to the room and ran the water for a while, then said we had hot water. Upon checking, it was almost warm. We said that was unacceptable and were told that he would go make a change somewhere else. Later that evening, we finally had hot water The next morning, no hot water again.

No free toiletries , television not working , bathroom is dirty , toilet had malfunctions . Staff not polite

A liitle disappointing... I waited for 30 minutes in the lobby since my bookings for 2 rooms is not in Ritz Hotel’s list... The feeling worsened when 1 of my booked rooms has no shower faucet handle, no complementary drinking water and cable tv is out.

We did book this hotel trought hotels.com,we did arriwe late at night, when we did arriwe at the hotell, they have not get our booking, and the hotel had no more rooms available, after we have been waiting for a loong periode, they said thay had a similar hotel not far away, i asked if it was the same safety, pool.. etc. no pool, but safety was good, we had to take the room, coz it was late night and we were tired. we arriwed at the hotel, so dissapointed, it was in a dark street, a lot people gatherd in front and they were building big houses next to the hotel..... we did not feel safe at all at this place at all and the facilityes was not there at all
